Job description
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine business opportunities
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives or Sales Managers
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers
- Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status within CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and pipeline goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech sales environments
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting platforms
- Multilingual communication skills
