Job description

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine business opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives or Sales Managers
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers
  • Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and pipeline goals

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech sales environments
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting platforms
  • Multilingual communication skills
