Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling outbound emails, calls, and social messages to generate interest in Stable’s products
  • Conduct detailed research to identify and prioritize high-potential target accounts and decision-makers
  • Qualify outbound leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and fit for Stable’s solutions
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach strategies and improve pipeline generation
  • Experiment with different personas and channels to refine outbound effectiveness
  • Build and refine outbound processes and playbooks to optimize the sales function

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • 0-1 year of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven ability to conduct personalized outreach across email, phone, and social channels
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, scaling sales environment
