About the Company

Subsplash is an engagement platform for churches, Christian ministries, non-profits, and businesses. They serve over 14,000 clients and focus on equipping churches to make a lasting impact through innovative technology.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Salesforce, cold calling, and email to generate and source new sales opportunities
  • Engage with curiosity using discovery strengths for complete solutions pitches
  • Manage pipeline through customized outreach strategies
  • Identify prospect needs and document them in Salesforce for lead hand-off
  • Build relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Set up meetings or calls with prospective customers and Account Executives
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Sales Manager
  • Convert prospects into warm leads by scheduling demo calls

Requirements

  • Genuine enthusiasm for technology and community service
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience and energy in a fast-moving environment
  • Coachable mindset with a drive for excellence
  • For SDR I: 0–1 years of sales or customer-facing experience
  • For SDR II: 1–2+ years of outbound sales experience (cold calling, email, or pipeline management)
  • For SDR II: Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with church staff roles and dynamics
  • Tech-savvy with a track record of learning new systems quickly
