Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals across the APAC region
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as customer advocate internally
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with customer long-term goals
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and subscription management
- Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and roadmap priorities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales role with proven track record
- Experience managing and leading others in a professional environment
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional account management skills
- Data-driven decision making with strong analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills with proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Fluent written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS organizations
- Proven ability to build productive relationships and take initiative
- Interest in artificial intelligence and the publishing industry
