Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business sales across Saudi Arabia, targeting Energy, Utilities, and Oil & Gas organizations
  • Meet or exceed assigned financial sales targets and quarterly performance goals
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline using CRM tools
  • Partner with Sales and marketing to execute targeted sales campaigns
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and networking across all stakeholder levels using value-based selling
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of regional market segments and regulatory environments
  • Perform ongoing market research to identify new prospects and emerging markets
  • Represent the company in the region through industry events and conferences
  • Collaborate internally with product, technical, and customer success teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in driving net new enterprise software sales or consulting
  • Significant experience in Energy, Utilities, or Oil & Gas sectors
  • Consistent record of achieving targets and goals in a sales setting
  • Strong customer-facing experience leading enterprise customers through transformations
  • Proven track record of success in driving new business in high-growth regions
  • Ability to travel within the region as required
