About the Company

Eyebot is an outcome-focused technology company on a mission to make vision care accessible to everyone, equally. Headquartered in Boston, our vision test kiosk is reshaping how vision care is delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Own new business development across the independent optical channel nationwide
  • Prospect, qualify, and close independent optical practices, opticians, and small optical retail groups
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline to hit and exceed new-logo targets
  • Run the full sales motion including outreach, discovery, product demo, pricing, and negotiation
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and go-live for new customers
  • Represent Eyebot at trade shows and industry events
  • Provide field intelligence to shape product, pricing, and commercial strategy

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development
  • Required experience in the optical industry
  • Proven track record of self-sourcing pipeline and closing net-new accounts
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel across the US as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships and a network within the independent optical community
  • Experience selling into optometry, optical retail, or eyecare practices
  • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth technology company
  • Familiarity with kiosks, IoT, or embedded hardware systems
  • Experience in regulated, clinical, or health and wellness environments
