Responsibilities
- Prospect and close net new customer deals in accounts across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other GCC countries.
- Develop and shape overall deal strategy and structure to meet customer business outcomes.
- Identify and close strategic upselling opportunities by understanding client needs.
- Monitor regional AI and HPC initiatives and build strategic long-term account plans.
- Attend industry events and represent FluidStack at AI, cloud, and digital government forums across the Middle East.
- Identify and develop FluidStack's unique selling propositions and differentiators using market and competitor knowledge.
- Participate in cluster build-out discussions based on client needs with leadership, product, and engineering.
- Proactively develop connections with prospects via outreach and networking.
- Accurately manage and communicate monthly forecasts and sales pipeline.
- Ability to travel less than 30% of the time.
Requirements
- Located in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, or Qatar.
- Success in complex enterprise or government sales cycles in the Middle East.
- Existing relationships with organizations leading AI initiatives in the region.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ministries, sovereign wealth funds, or national R&D entities.
- Exposure to AI/ML, HPC, or chip-level infrastructure sales (NVIDIA, AMD, Google TPU, etc.).
- 5+ years direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS at high-growth tech startups.
- Strong desire to learn; ability to acquire new skills quickly and independently.
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage C-level clients.
- Highly ambitious; strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability.
- Proven track record exceeding revenue targets.
- BA/BS degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regional AI and HPC sales.
- Prior work with government technology initiatives.
- Additional language proficiency.
