Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close net new customer deals in a portfolio of accounts across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other GCC countries.
  • Develop and shape overall deal strategy and structure to meet customer business outcomes and goals.
  • Identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding clients’ core business needs as they scale.
  • Monitor regional AI and HPC initiatives; build long-term strategic account plans to support growth.
  • Attend industry events and represent the company at relevant AI, cloud, and digital government forums across the Middle East.
  • Use market and competitor knowledge to identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Participate in cluster build-out discussions based on client needs with senior leadership, product, and engineering teams.
  • Proactively develop connections with prospects through digital outreach, events, and pipeline management.
  • Accurately manage and communicate monthly forecasts and pipeline.
  • Ability to travel less than 30% of the time.

Requirements

  • Located in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, or Qatar
  • Demonstrated success in complex enterprise or government sales cycles in the Middle East
  • Existing relationships with organizations leading AI initiatives in the Middle East
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with ministries, sovereign wealth funds, or national R&D entities
  • Exposure to AI/ML, HPC, or chip-level infrastructure sales (NVIDIA, AMD, Google TPU, etc.)
  • 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS at a high growth technology start-up
  • Strong desire to learn and ability to pick up new skills independently
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging C-level clients
  • High ambition and belief in hard work as a prerequisite for success
  • Strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
  • BA/BS degree
