Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work with META GM and Director of Solution Engineering to define and execute sales strategy for the territory
- Deliver against sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Balance pipeline nurturing (farming) and acquisition of new logos (hunting)
- Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success teams
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, build pipeline, win new deals
- Bring together cross-functional teams for effective sales execution
- Travel to client offices in Dubai and Gulf region as needed
Requirements
- Good understanding of government sector issues and consultative sales approach
- Experience selling into Borders, Taxation, Customs, Law Enforcement, Ministry of Economy, and Ministry of Finance (MENA region)
- Strong track record positioning and selling enterprise software (direct/ecosystem)
- Enterprise sales experience in 2+ countries (UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain)
- Experience building partnerships with system integrators, cloud providers, and consultancies
- Understanding of Public Sector operational and buying processes
- Experience nurturing accounts, cross/upselling
- Determined, independent decision-maker, and inclusive evaluator
- Ambitious, energetic, strong interpersonal skills
- Commercial, entrepreneurial qualities, and team player
- Able to deliver results in challenging situations and complex environments
- Capable of identifying and reacting to market changes effectively
