Responsibilities
- Execute RegScale's SLED go-to-market strategy by developing territory plans and driving new customer acquisition
- Own and expand the SLED sales pipeline, identifying new customers and contract vehicles
- Maintain a minimum 4x pipeline coverage ratio and progress opportunities through structured sales methodologies
- Navigate SLED procurement processes, including state purchasing regulations and compliance frameworks like NIST, CJIS, and FERPA
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CISOs, IT Directors, and procurement officials
- Collaborate with channel partners, systems integrators, and public sector resellers to accelerate deal closure
- Represent RegScale at SLED industry events and conferences
Requirements
- 10+ years of SaaS or Enterprise Software Sales experience
- 5+ years of experience focused on selling into SLED markets
- Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar SLED contracts
- Deep knowledge of SLED procurement, budgeting cycles, and cooperative purchasing vehicles
- Existing network of SLED security, compliance, and IT contacts
- Strong understanding of NIST, CJIS, FERPA, and StateRAMP/GovRAMP frameworks
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to travel to customer sites and industry events
