Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding, training, coaching, and professional development programs for sales professionals
  • Drive sales performance through quality assurance, call monitoring, and coaching
  • Serve as subject matter expert for sales enablement tools, lead management, and marketing platforms
  • Develop best practices for prospecting, pipeline management, and client retention
  • Create and maintain training materials, playbooks, and coaching guides
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align enablement strategies with business objectives
  • Analyze performance trends and training effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales training, enablement, coaching, or insurance distribution
  • Demonstrated success delivering training programs for field and inside sales professionals
  • Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and Series 6 licenses

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of insurance sales and lead management
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of new processes and technologies
