Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and channel partners to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to win deals.
  • Act as a bridge between sales and core business functions (product, technology, operations, wholesale), understanding customer requirements and demonstrating product capabilities.
  • Own the management and coordination of RFQ/RFI responses and maintain high-quality sales engagement documentation.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and solution design.
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements, address technical questions and concerns, and propose solutions.
  • Work closely with product management, engineering, wholesale, and network teams to ensure solutions meet market needs.
  • Contribute to the design of technical solutions through input to solution architects.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept, ensuring supporting sales material is up to date.
  • Provide feedback from customer interactions to shape product roadmaps and propose enhancements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, providing input into product development.
  • Represent Cubic³ at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, and contribute thought leadership content such as whitepapers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years experience in a sales engineering role within Telecommunications, Automotive, or IoT industries
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical concepts to all audiences
  • Deep understanding of the automotive market, especially vehicle connectivity
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field (desirable, not essential)
