Responsibilities
- Sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success
- Help customers evaluate, adopt, and expand Deepnote by translating technical requirements into practical solutions
- Guide data teams through architecture discussions, product onboarding, and proof of concepts
- Act as a trusted technical partner from initial conversation to long-term success
- Conduct discovery calls, solution design, and technical enablement
Requirements
- Comfortable working directly with technical customers and stakeholders
- Technical fluency in SQL and Python basics
- Understanding of data workflows, notebooks, and developer tools
- Knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, security, and deployment models
- Ability to translate technical features into business value
- Experience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Python or SQL
- Experience working with technical customers in SaaS
- Background in customer onboarding, solutions engineering, or technical account management
- Familiarity with notebook tools like Jupyter, Databricks, or Hex
- Experience supporting data, analytics, or machine learning teams
