Sales Engineer (Electrical) – Dubai

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales discovery with consultants, contractors and end users; conduct site surveys and map stakeholders.
• Review SLDs, load schedules and method statements; identify interlocks and integration points (BMS, fire, gas, DCKV).
• Prepare BOQs, scope notes, compliance statements and supplier RFQs; perform take-offs from drawings.
• Engineer solutions for control panels (DOL/Star-Delta/VFD/PLC), LV distribution to AHU/FAHU/VRF/pumps/fans and kitchen ventilation integrations.
• Present technical and commercial proposals, manage clarifications, negotiate terms and protect margin.
• Create SO/PO packs, approved drawings and hand over to projects & procurement; support submittals, FAT/SAT and as-builts.
• Maintain CRM pipeline, provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly order-vs-target reporting.
