Responsibilities

  • Architect and propose tailored technical solutions based on customer needs
  • Lead product demonstrations showcasing real-world ROI for ApartmentIQ
  • Act as the technical source of truth for clients, managing design and system configuration
  • Execute high-stakes pilot programs in collaboration with Sales and Product teams
  • Translate customer pain points into product requirements for Engineering and R&D
  • Travel up to 25% for customer meetings and industry events

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical sales
  • Multifamily sales experience required
  • Strong knowledge of multifamily competitive intelligence, market data, and revenue management tools
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, or Zoominfo
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
