About the Company

Roadrunner is replacing broken CPQ software with a new agentic stack called PQA (Prompt, Quote, Approve). Backed by Kleiner Perkins, the team is led by second-time founders and includes engineers from Snowflake, Databricks, Citadel, Meta, and Robinhood.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical side of the sales cycle including discovery, demos, and POCs
  • Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and build credibility with stakeholders
  • Translate prospect requirements into compelling solution narratives
  • Feed structured field insights back to Product and Engineering regarding objections and integration gaps
  • Build reusable assets such as demo environments, battlecards, and POC templates

Requirements

  • Experience in sales engineering or solutions consulting for enterprise deals
  • Sharp demo instincts and ability to handle live objections
  • Familiarity with CRM and CPQ systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or SAP CPQ
  • Solid grasp of enterprise quoting, pricing, and approval workflows
  • Comfort with API-based integrations and troubleshooting data flows
  • Strong ability to translate technical architecture to business stakeholders and vice versa
