Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and channel partners to identify new business opportunities and strategize to win deals.
  • Act as a bridge between sales and core business units, understanding customer requirements, demonstrating product capabilities, and addressing solution concerns.
  • Manage and coordinate RFQ/RFI responses, maintain a high-quality repository of response solutions and documentation.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product demos, proofs-of-concept, and solution design.
  • Work with sales and channel partners to analyze customer requirements and actively engage in discovery conversations.
  • Confidently address technical questions and provide solutions to overcome customer challenges.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, wholesale, and network teams to meet market needs.
  • Feed into solution architects to design technical solutions for customer and prospect needs.
  • Deliver product demos, presentations, and proofs-of-concept, ensuring sales materials are current.
  • Offer feedback from customer interactions to contribute to product roadmaps and development of new features.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing input to product development.
  • Represent Cubic³ at industry events, conferences, and trade shows; produce whitepapers and market positioning content.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in sales engineering (Telecommunications, Automotive, or IoT).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Automotive market, especially connectivity.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field (preferred but not necessary).
