Responsibilities
- Overseeing the pre-sales process and ensuring the sales engineering team have successful engagements with prospects and customers.
- Ensuring overall employee satisfaction of the sales engineering team.
- Work with enterprise customers across markets to transform their network, security, and application access with outcomes based on Zscaler's technology platform.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of prior Sales/Systems Engineering, or Solution Architect management experience with software in a SaaS/Cloud environment, selling to C/VP level buyers.
- At least 2 years demonstrated experience leading cross teams of pre-sales people.
Preferred Qualifications
- Desire to expand your knowledge in the technology fields where Zscaler operates.
- Leadership experience and the ability to manage through change.
