Job description
Responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated coach to revenue leaders, focusing on transformational development
- Maintain or work toward ICF certification
- Collaborate with Enablement team to design coaching programs
- Work with People Operations to identify coaching needs
- Stay updated on coaching methodologies and leadership trends
- Define and track metrics to measure coaching effectiveness
- Travel for in-person coaching sessions and workshops
Requirements
- ICF certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC) or actively working toward it
- 5+ years in sales/coaching or leadership development
- Prior sales experience in quota carrying role
- Expert knowledge of MEDDPICC and sales methodologies
- Proven experience with one-on-one/group coaching
- Understanding of transformational vs. transactional coaching
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Passion for continuous learning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate/software company environment
- Familiarity with GROW and MEDDPICC methodologies
