Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a dedicated coach to revenue leaders, focusing on transformational development
  • Maintain or work toward ICF certification
  • Collaborate with Enablement team to design coaching programs
  • Work with People Operations to identify coaching needs
  • Stay updated on coaching methodologies and leadership trends
  • Define and track metrics to measure coaching effectiveness
  • Travel for in-person coaching sessions and workshops

Requirements

  • ICF certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC) or actively working toward it
  • 5+ years in sales/coaching or leadership development
  • Prior sales experience in quota carrying role
  • Expert knowledge of MEDDPICC and sales methodologies
  • Proven experience with one-on-one/group coaching
  • Understanding of transformational vs. transactional coaching
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for continuous learning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate/software company environment
  • Familiarity with GROW and MEDDPICC methodologies
