Job Description

Awesome Style is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our vibrant team in the Apparel & Fashion industry. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by actively engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions that enhance their wardrobe. This role demands a passion for fashion and an understanding of market trends, as well as the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. You will leverage your sales expertise to promote our exceptional range of products, ensuring that each client has a unique and satisfying shopping experience. Working closely with our marketing team, you will help to implement strategic campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and attracting new customers. Your contributions will play a crucial role in maintaining Awesome Style’s reputation for high quality and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the fashion sector.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to share with management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the apparel or corporate customized gifts industry.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
