Responsibilities
- Convert inbound international leads into clients by understanding their unique wedding needs
- Build trust and guide couples toward the appropriate wedding solutions
- Manage high-volume sales pipelines with discipline and structure
- Maintain consistent follow-up and lead management in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in B2C sales
- Proven track record of closing deals in a high-volume environment
- Experience working with international or remote clients
- Strong communication skills, specifically in video and written formats
- Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management
- Ability to work independently and stay disciplined in a fully remote setup
