About the Company

Lightspeed is the leading provider of cloud-based software for dealerships, serving the Powersport, Marine, RV, Trailer, and Golf Car industries. Their Dealer Management Solution (DMS) enables dealerships to optimize end-to-end business operations including sales, parts, service, and CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities with dealerships in the Marine industry
  • Develop and execute territory-specific plans to expand the customer base
  • Generate leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams
  • Maintain and report sales metrics using Salesforce
  • Identify opportunities and foresee challenges by staying updated on industry trends and competitors

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling SaaS solutions
  • Proven track record in quota-carrying roles and new logo acquisition
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Zoominfo, or Enablix
  • Experience with SPIN™ and Solution Selling™ techniques
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage executive decision makers
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
