Job description

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers including CXOs, HR, L&D, and department heads
  • Introduce and sell Culture Vitale’s "Sessions of Vitality" to drive new corporate partnerships
  • Convert initial conversations into confirmed bookings
  • Nurture long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and recurring opportunities
  • Act as a trusted commercial lead and first touchpoint within your assigned market

Requirements

  • Strong B2B sales or partnership background, ideally working with large organizations
  • Experience in corporate services, HR/L&D, events, hospitality, wellness, or creative industries
  • Proven ability to work on a commission-only basis as an independent freelancer
  • Professional and persuasive communication skills for presenting to corporate stakeholders
  • Fluency in English (professional level); additional EU languages like French or German are a plus
  • Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
