Sales & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant (Bilingual-Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential buyer leads for used vehicles and other items
• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective customers via Facebook and OfferUp
• Create, update, and manage vehicle listings on online marketplaces
• Write clear and compelling listing descriptions
• Use ChatGPT to draft and improve customer messages and responses
• Maintain consistent follow-up with interested prospects to move transactions toward completion
• Assist with creating custom GPT setups or simple automated response systems

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and strong written/verbal English communication skills
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or virtual assistance
• Proficiency using Facebook and OfferUp for marketplace listings
• Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for customer communication
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to confidently follow up with prospects
• Ability to work 10 hours per week on a flexible schedule
