About the Company

bwise Media is a global digital media agency focused on monetizing sports websites and apps. We pride ourselves on managing advertising sales for sports betting operators and collaborate with some of the world’s most popular sports portals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients within Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking markets
  • Execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Present and sell digital advertising solutions tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution

Requirements

  • Mandatory understanding of digital advertising fundamentals (CPM, CPC, CPA, traffic types, media buying)
  • Mandatory strong industry network with key clients and publishers in the iGaming industry
  • Experience as sales/marketing manager or similar role within iGaming or betting sector
  • Native-level proficiency in Russian
  • Very good command of English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel
