Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead a quota-carrying sales team to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
  • Own the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close
  • Coach and mentor team members on prospecting, demos, objection handling and closing
  • Run daily huddles and weekly performance reviews to enforce activity discipline
  • Monitor KPIs, maintain accurate forecasting and report progress to leadership
  • Support hiring, onboarding and ongoing training of new sales hires
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare or telemedicine sales
  • Proven track record closing B2B contracts in the UAE
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams at a growth-stage company
  • Arabic language skills (advantageous)
