Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale a distributed sales organization of pre-sales specialists and sales advisors
  • Build a structured sales environment and implement scalable processes
  • Act as a player-coach by actively coaching team members and improving conversion processes
  • Manage sales pipelines and track performance metrics to ensure consistent results
  • Work closely with founders to scale the sales engine while maintaining a customer-first approach

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in sales within customer-facing environments
  • 2–4 years of experience managing a sales team, ideally in a remote or distributed setup
  • Proven experience coaching and developing salespeople remotely
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and managing complex sales pipelines
  • Experience building or improving sales playbooks and processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial, and remote-first environment
