Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential brand and agency partners in the GCC region
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and research
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
  • Qualify leads and support the Business Development team in converting opportunities into deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare high-quality pitches and proposals
  • Track outreach, opportunities, and pipeline activity using CRM tools
  • Stay up to date with trends in social media, influencer marketing, and the creator economy

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Essential experience in advertising, media, marketing, or digital industries
  • Proven success in generating new business revenue
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, hungry, and resilient mindset with a drive to grow business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Commercial thinking and a deep interest in the creator economy
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities in an organized manner
  • Curiosity regarding brand strategy and digital marketing campaigns
