Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead new business development through relationships, partnerships and strategic networking
  • Build, manage and motivate a small but growing sales team
  • Create and implement sales structure, playbooks and processes to support scale
  • Work closely with technical pre-sales and delivery teams to shape solutions and close deals
  • Develop strong vendor and partner relationships to generate warm leads and pipeline
  • Manage key enterprise accounts and act as a senior commercial escalation point
  • Support regional growth initiatives across KSA and, longer term, international markets
  • Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and commercial reporting to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B technology or IT services sales within the UAE/GCC
  • Strong tenure in the region (ideally 10+ years) with an established professional network
  • Demonstrated ability to both hunt new business and grow existing accounts
  • Experience leading or mentoring sales teams in a growth environment
  • Commercially astute with a relationship-first sales approach
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, entrepreneurial business where multiple hats are required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to working with distributors, vendors or partner-led sales models is advantageous
  • International market exposure (UK or broader EMEA) is a strong plus
