Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Account Executives focused on the auto and personal lending segments
  • Own pipeline health by setting prospecting standards and monitoring conversion metrics
  • Drive consistent attainment of team sales targets and revenue growth
  • Provide oversight and approval on pricing strategy, deal structuring, and contract terms
  • Develop market insights to inform go-to-market strategies and product positioning
  • Establish high-level relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Support partnership initiatives to deepen joint go-to-market efforts

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Minimum 3 years in sales leadership or management selling technology to auto and personal lenders
  • Strong understanding of lending operations, servicing workflows, and regulatory considerations
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and modern sales tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to refine strategy
  • Active involvement in the lending industry and familiarity with industry trends
  • Demonstrated expertise in modern prospecting processes and pipeline generation
