Responsibilities
- Lead a team of SMB Account Executives focused on selling to companies between 1-200 employees.
- Attract, hire, retain high performing talent.
- Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years leading a team of Account Executives in a transactional, short sales-cycle competitive SMB market.
- Analytical Sales Leader with strong experience using data to drive decision making.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skill in English and German.
