Sales Manager - Technical

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans
• Drive consultant engagement to position PES portfolio in the MEA region
• Serve as application lead for PES portfolio
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
• Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts
• Monitor industry trends and changing regulations
• Provide ongoing support to customers and sales quotes

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of HVAC fundamentals and system design
• Strong consultant engagement experience in the MEA region
• Hands-on experience in Field Application engineering
• Previous experience in account management or territory sales
• Strong OEM and distributor sales account management skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years in HVAC product design or application engineering
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Driving license is required
