Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of global sales and business development functions
  • Drive data quality through opportunity accuracy checks, order processing, and data cleansing
  • Enable sales teams on CRM, Sales Engagement, CPQ, and analytics systems
  • Report on sales metrics, dashboards, and ad-hoc analytical tasks
  • Support planning and monitoring of revenue operations, pipeline, and sales productivity
  • Assist with automation and streamlining of the Lead to Order process

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in STEM or Economics (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience as an analyst in revenue/sales operations, financial analysis, or sales order processing
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Professional written and spoken English
  • Ability to travel internationally up to four times a year

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a technology subscription-based business
  • Experience working in a global, multicultural, and remote organization
