Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce and GTM tools, including license management and user provisioning
  • Own Salesforce data quality, deduplication, validation, and CRM hygiene
  • Prepare executive and board-ready reports, including quarterly revenue reports and core GTM metrics (ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage)
  • Support weekly/monthly forecasting processes and develop forecast accuracy models
  • Assist with annual territory planning, quota distribution, and headcount/capacity modeling
  • Own the win/loss tracking framework to capture deal velocity and competitive trends
  • Identify and standardize sales process inefficiencies and document best practices

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role
  • Experience supporting enterprise B2B sales teams with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, including building reports, dashboards, and understanding object relationships
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, modeling)
  • Proven experience producing board-level or executive-facing reports
  • Meticulous attention to data accuracy
  • Familiarity with quota modeling and territory planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator)
  • Experience in SaaS companies selling to banks, financial institutions, or regulated enterprise clients
  • Background in financial services, fintech, compliance, or risk intelligence
