Sales Operations Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations
• Oversee selection and management of sales technologies, including CRM and AI tools
• Leverage data analytics to drive strategic decision-making and measure performance
• Lead and manage the sales operations team
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
• Design and enforce standardized sales processes
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage the sales operations budget and resource allocation
• Implement training programs for the sales team
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Requirements

• Experience in sales operations or strategic planning
• Proficiency in managing CRM systems and sales technologies
• Ability to leverage data analytics for decision-making
• Experience in team leadership and management
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills
• English language proficiency (CV must be in English)
