Sales Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and prepare pricing proposals for Costco
• Track daily POs and update GenWeb portal
• Resolve logistics delays and order shortages
• Maintain communication with Costco and clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with Costco buyers and ICS
• Manage item/system maintenance and new item submissions
• Provide promotional and paperwork support

Requirements

• 4+ years of post-secondary education
• 3+ years of CPG industry experience
• Previous Costco buying or selling experience in food & beverage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
• Data analytics experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive Costco buying or selling experience in food & beverage
• Experience working with a food broker selling to Costco
• Trade spend planning and management experience
