Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline health, stage integrity, and inspection standards for the Direct Sales motion
  • Lead weekly forecasting cadence and pressure-test assumptions with Sales leadership
  • Analyze funnel performance, velocity, win rates, and deal quality by segment and rep cohort
  • Improve territory design, account assignments, quota coverage, and capacity frameworks
  • Partner with Business Systems, Enablement, Finance, SDR Ops, Marketing, and Product to reduce friction and improve adoption
  • Translate field insights into reporting, process, and workflow improvements

Requirements

  • Experience in sales operations or revenue operations
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline, and CRM process skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and surface actionable insights
  • Experience with territory, quota, and capacity planning
  • Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
  • Track record of improving operational rigor and seller efficiency
