Responsibilities
- Create clean, persuasive offers independently based on meeting notes and templates
- Establish and manage a consistent follow-up cadence for all open deals
- Maintain CRM data integrity (Attio), including stages, next steps, and forecasting
- Coordinate deals by managing appointments, pre-reads, and internal/external communications
- Prepare and follow up on management meetings, translating discussions into clear action items
- Provide weekly pipeline and revenue overviews to the management team
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Ops, Sales Support, Chief of Staff, or Account Management
- Highly structured and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong writing skills for professional client communication and proposals
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Attio/HubSpot) and Google Workspace
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or Agency environments is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows
- Familiarity with structured sales processes (e.g., MEDDPICC)
- Experience working in a fast-growing startup or agency environment
