Job description

Responsibilities

  • Create clean, persuasive offers independently based on meeting notes and templates
  • Establish and manage a consistent follow-up cadence for all open deals
  • Maintain CRM data integrity (Attio), including stages, next steps, and forecasting
  • Coordinate deals by managing appointments, pre-reads, and internal/external communications
  • Prepare and follow up on management meetings, translating discussions into clear action items
  • Provide weekly pipeline and revenue overviews to the management team

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Ops, Sales Support, Chief of Staff, or Account Management
  • Highly structured and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Strong writing skills for professional client communication and proposals
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Attio/HubSpot) and Google Workspace
  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or Agency environments is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows
  • Familiarity with structured sales processes (e.g., MEDDPICC)
  • Experience working in a fast-growing startup or agency environment
