Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full deal lifecycle from proposal to payment collection
  • Manage structured closing checklists including legal review and insurance
  • Validate business unit forecasts against actual milestone progress
  • Provide weekly pipeline reporting to management
  • Identify and automate repetitive bottlenecks in the deal process
  • Drive AI adoption for deal tracking and contract analysis
  • Coordinate between BD, Legal, Finance, and external partners

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or deal management
  • Experience in licensing, gaming, media, or tech industry
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal processes
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IP licensing or the entertainment industry
  • Experience implementing AI tools or automation in sales contexts
  • Experience working in cross-cultural environments (China and global)
