Job description
Responsibilities
- Own pipeline health, stage integrity, and forecasting cadence for the direct sales motion
- Partner with Sales leadership, Finance, Enablement, SDR, Partner, and Business Systems teams
- Audit territory design, quota coverage, account assignments, and capacity assumptions
- Improve CRM workflows, reporting, and seller-facing process adoption
- Surface actionable insights on funnel performance, velocity, win rates, and deal quality
- Translate field feedback into recommendations for Marketing, Product, and Enablement
Requirements
- Experience in sales operations or revenue operations
- Strong forecasting, pipeline inspection, and reporting skills
- Ability to analyze CRM data and identify process improvements
- Experience with territory, quota, and capacity planning
- Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
- Data-driven judgment and operational rigor
