Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline health, stage integrity, and forecasting cadence for the direct sales motion
  • Partner with Sales leadership, Finance, Enablement, SDR, Partner, and Business Systems teams
  • Audit territory design, quota coverage, account assignments, and capacity assumptions
  • Improve CRM workflows, reporting, and seller-facing process adoption
  • Surface actionable insights on funnel performance, velocity, win rates, and deal quality
  • Translate field feedback into recommendations for Marketing, Product, and Enablement

Requirements

  • Experience in sales operations or revenue operations
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline inspection, and reporting skills
  • Ability to analyze CRM data and identify process improvements
  • Experience with territory, quota, and capacity planning
  • Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
  • Data-driven judgment and operational rigor
