About the Company
Ashby is building the next generation of enterprise software, starting with a suite of products that help talent leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers run their hiring processes significantly better. We are well-funded and backed by investors including Y Combinator, Elad Gil, and Lachy Groom.
Responsibilities
- Transition the company from founder-led sales into a scalable and repeatable sales process
- Act as a product and domain expert, selling consultatively to prospects
- Maintain a clean sales pipeline with high attention to detail
- Build a sales process from the ground up
- Implement repeatable processes to allow the go-to-market team to excel
- Act as a listener to bring market learnings, product feedback, and industry trends back to the company
- Use analytical skills to model out scenarios
Requirements
- Ability to excel in consultative selling and domain expertise
- High attention to detail regarding pipeline management and follow-ups
- Ability to move fast and leverage technology to scale sales efforts
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers
- Desire to build processes from the ground up
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring and leading a sales team
- Experience selling complex products
- Ability to communicate the company story in a resonant way
