Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial and small-to-medium business accounts
  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth through proactive account planning and customer engagement
  • Own sales opportunities through the full lifecycle from discovery to close
  • Generate net-new demand through outbound prospecting and targeted outreach
  • Coordinate between customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Track pipeline performance, forecasting, and key sales metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of sales execution and negotiation experience
  • 5+ years of account management experience
  • 5+ years of pipeline generation and management experience
  • Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling laptop, tablet, or endpoint hardware solutions
  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or resellers
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled sales tools and automation platforms
  • Experience supporting SMB and mid-market customer segments
