About the Company

LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Convert warm inbound leads and conduct outbound calls to re-engage inactive leads
  • Proactively reach out to potential patients through structured outbound campaigns
  • Engage via phone, SMS, chat, and email to educate patients using approved messaging
  • Handle objections with empathy and confidence
  • Manage personal pipeline, prioritize follow-ups, and maintain accurate CRM documentation
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and activity KPIs
  • Collaborate with care and operations teams for seamless onboarding

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience (inside sales, telesales, or high-ticket sales)
  • Proven remote sales experience
  • Ability to make 50+ calls per day
  • Professional-level English communication skills
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Slack, Dialpad, and spreadsheets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in telehealth, healthtech, SaaS, DTC, or wellness
  • Strong hunter mentality with consultative selling ability
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
