Job description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage draft quotes for Cloudflare licensing, professional services (based on SE input), and support/managed plans
  • Coordinate with Cloudflare distributors on pricing, approvals and quote submission
  • Track and organize renewals; ensure timely preparation and follow-up
  • Maintain and update CRM (Zoho) for data accuracy and visibility
  • Schedule demos, onboarding calls, and internal handovers
  • Monitor and update indirect partner/distributor opportunities
  • Act as operational point of contact for client needs when AEs are unavailable
  • Collect and organise information for AE/SE involvement
  • Produce and maintain weekly sales reporting (pipeline, renewals, deals in progress)
  • Escalate issues to sales leadership, SEs, or partners and ensure adherence to internal approval flows
