Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage draft quotes for Cloudflare licensing, professional services (based on SE input), and support/managed plans
- Coordinate with Cloudflare distributors on pricing, approvals and quote submission
- Track and organize renewals; ensure timely preparation and follow-up
- Maintain and update CRM (Zoho) for data accuracy and visibility
- Schedule demos, onboarding calls, and internal handovers
- Monitor and update indirect partner/distributor opportunities
- Act as operational point of contact for client needs when AEs are unavailable
- Collect and organise information for AE/SE involvement
- Produce and maintain weekly sales reporting (pipeline, renewals, deals in progress)
- Escalate issues to sales leadership, SEs, or partners and ensure adherence to internal approval flows
