Remote Sales Support & Account Operations Specialist (GST hours) — Fluent Arabic, French & English

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage draft quotes for Cloudflare licensing, professional services and support/managed plans
• Coordinate pricing, approvals and quote submission with Cloudflare distributors (e.g. Mindware)
• Track and manage renewals and renewal calendar
• Maintain and update CRM (Zoho) and ensure data accuracy
• Schedule demos, onboarding calls and internal handovers
• Monitor and update partner/indirect opportunities
• Act as operational point of contact when AEs are unavailable
• Collect and organise information for AE/SE handover
• Produce weekly sales reporting (pipeline, renewals, deals in progress)
• Escalate issues to sales leadership, SEs or partners as required
• Ensure quoting and sales activity follow internal processes and approval flows
