Job Description
Remote Sales Support & Account Operations Specialist (GST hours) — Fluent Arabic, French & English
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage draft quotes for Cloudflare licensing, professional services and support/managed plans
- Coordinate pricing, approvals and quote submission with Cloudflare distributors (e.g. Mindware)
- Track and manage renewals and renewal calendar
- Maintain and update CRM (Zoho) and ensure data accuracy
- Schedule demos, onboarding calls and internal handovers
- Monitor and update partner/indirect opportunities
- Act as operational point of contact when AEs are unavailable
- Collect and organise information for AE/SE handover
- Produce weekly sales reporting (pipeline, renewals, deals in progress)
- Escalate issues to sales leadership, SEs or partners as required
- Ensure quoting and sales activity follow internal processes and approval flows
