Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, serving as a central interface.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments with Sales Managers to ensure smooth processes.
• Prepare customers for their expert consultations.
• Communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Actively contribute to the optimization of internal processes in close collaboration with other departments.

• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken).
