Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate VAC (Value Analysis Committee) submission documentation and follow up through approval
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to support new account setup
• Generate and analyze customer onboarding and sales metrics reports
• Maintain ERP systems and generate quotations for the sales team
• Partner with Sales to suggest suitable solutions based on customer financial capacity
• Monitor inbox and delegate sales leads to appropriate staff
• Facilitate equipment upgrade processes and support equipment evaluation programs
• Provide professional customer service via phone and email
• Document customer interactions and inquiries per Standard Operating Procedures
• Maintain compliance with all company processes, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or equivalent
• Medical device industry experience required
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to work in Pacific or Mountain time zones
• Strong interpersonal and phone etiquette skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with QuickBooks
