Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Run regular team meetings, share best practices and address challenges to maintain high performance.
- Design and deliver training programs to improve sales skills, product knowledge and career development.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute city-level sales strategies and initiatives.
- Set clear targets and KPIs; monitor pipeline velocity and ensure consistent opportunity flow.
- Coach team members on pipeline management, deal negotiation and contract closing.
- Track, analyse and report team performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.
