About the Company

Kombine is a Ukrainian product IT company developing software for iGaming projects, generating technological solutions, and providing B2B services to support gaming infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Build a call center from scratch and form a team
  • Systematically work with players who have ceased activity
  • Work with new registrations and convert them into deposits
  • Analyze customer activity data and sales performance metrics (KPI, LTV, retention rate)
  • Use BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for analysis and reporting

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2C sales
  • Experience in the iGaming industry (dating, forex, sweeps, or CFD experience is also considered)
  • Previous leadership experience is a plus
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • French or German at Upper-Intermediate level is a significant advantage
  • Expertise in working with Tier 1 markets
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and result-oriented skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively handle objections
