About the Company
Kombine is a Ukrainian product IT company developing software for iGaming projects, generating technological solutions, and providing B2B services to support gaming infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Build a call center from scratch and form a team
- Systematically work with players who have ceased activity
- Work with new registrations and convert them into deposits
- Analyze customer activity data and sales performance metrics (KPI, LTV, retention rate)
- Use BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for analysis and reporting
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2C sales
- Experience in the iGaming industry (dating, forex, sweeps, or CFD experience is also considered)
- Previous leadership experience is a plus
- Advanced English proficiency
- French or German at Upper-Intermediate level is a significant advantage
- Expertise in working with Tier 1 markets
- Strong leadership, motivational, and result-oriented skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively handle objections
