Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and improve a comprehensive sales training curriculum including onboarding, skill development, and product launches
  • Develop structured learning journeys using adult learning theory and blended modalities
  • Transform existing content into interactive, visually engaging digital learning experiences
  • Build sales programs, role-play frameworks, and sales playbooks to ensure field consistency
  • Manage training content architecture within Showpad, EasyGenerator, or equivalent LMS
  • Leverage AI tools to develop content, simulate coaching, and analyze performance patterns
  • Use performance data and field analytics to identify training gaps and measure effectiveness
  • Lead onboarding for new sales team members and support in-person training at national and regional meetings
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales Training and Legal to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Maintain and update the Sales Training AI Chatbot
  • Manage logistics for in-person training programs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing and delivering sales training programs in a corporate environment
  • Experience developing sales programs, messaging, and competency-based coaching frameworks
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Experience managing content within Showpad, EasyGenerator, or a comparable LMS
  • Hands-on comfort with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret sales performance metrics
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business, or related field
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% for in-person training and meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales training
  • 5+ years of clinical or diagnostics field sales experience
  • Familiarity with women's health or prenatal diagnostics
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies like Challenger or MEDDIC
  • Experience deploying AI-powered workflows in sales enablement
  • Multimedia content development experience
  • Experience with Notion or podcast production tools
